Minutes of the Board Meeting:
MESSAGE FROM ELLEN JAKAB
At the March election at the Terrebonne Grange hall meeting 
no one stepped up to take the positions of the Chair, co- Chair, Treasurer, Secretary or Hoedowner reporter.
Went to Winston on April 4th for the officers meeting and discussed the options for District 3 to continue or not.

The decision is they will use my name to keep District 3 open and going but there will not be anymore monthly Dances at the Terrebonne Grange hall.  Myrna was notified.

If you are a member and you want to do your own monthly music jam dance under OOTFA then you will need to report that to the Hoedowner. Send to Judi Seger. She is in the roster.

Also, if anyone gets a paid gig then advertise under OOTFA name to make money to support the September 11 tru 14th event. Need all the help with money for support at this event. The Crook County Fairgrounds building will cost us around $3500.00.

Judi Segar was asked by Cindy Crane to do the Treasurer and she offered to do the Hoedowner as well.

Pat Borden said she would do Secretary again. 

Thank you to Kim Martin for sending out all the emails for District  3 😁 .

I would especially like to thank Pat Borden Secretary and Karen  Bennett Treasurer  and Kim Martin for all their help and support. They are awesome people. 

If anyone wants to step up and take over Chair or Co-chair call Cindy Craine president to let her know.

I feel honored that I was the Chair for the OOTFA. Thanks to all who supported me.

Kim will keep you posted if there is anything going on before September event.
