Follow NW Smith Rock Way-1^st Street toward Redmond. Stay on that road until just before it comes out at Hwy 97.
Turn left onto Canal St, the street before you get to Hwy 97.
Stay on Canal St. and it will take you directly on to the Hwy. 97 Bypass.
